As a first time user logging in, here are some suggestions that are potentially very easy to implement but make a big difference to the user.
3 simple improvements for big impact:
- Set the default language either by IP, English (or chosen by Agency). ....When I first registered and loggedin, the language was Malaysian which was confusing.
- Main container currently extents wider than window on a 13" laptopβ this means the user cannot see Customize Icons widget. ....The fix could be as simple as moving the "Customize Icons" up to same row as "Preview". (see screenshot attached)
- Step 2: Needs an info tool-tip for "Review Funnel" as user would not know what this is (I don't know what it is π).
I believe these are 3 small updates would have a large positive impact on new users π
Another three suggestions are:
- Consider loading views with the containers open, rather than collpased
- Add the ability to collapse the sidebar into icons as it takes up a fair bit of space.
- Provide a simple knowlegebase for support queries.
Hopefully this is useful. I logged as "bug" becase not really a feature, just improvements π

Another thing that could be beneficial to yourself and to users is a more modern feedback/roadmap tool, eg something like https://featurebase.app - it has a nice kanban view that is very organised and easy to follow.
