I believe they use API’s, but this would add great value to your offering and would make your platform much more sticky with clients, almost eliminating the need to use google or other sites directly to check for new reviews and respond. Maybe some form of “notification bell” top right of menu could be employed to signal new reviews too?!

I 100% agree. As an interm step, even a direct link from the app to the review would make it easier for now.
Would also be great to mark reviews as having been responded to or not.
And of course, a bit of AI suggestions would help for writing responses 😉
