Allow us to CREATE OUR OWN CALL TO ACTION MESSAGES (multiple) instead of having to use one of the dropdown choices and also DELETE.

Instead of having to select one of the options in the dropdown field, under Customize and Select Template > Customize Call To Action > Call To Action, I think it would be helpful if we could create MULTIPLE Call to Action messages and if needed, if we could DELETE previously created Call to Action messages. When I click on Edit, it appears that we can add "one". But it would be helpful if we could add multiple items and also delete any (even your default choices) on a per-CLIENT / ENTERPRISE Account basis. By allowing us to edit this list, we can make it easier for our Clients to only see the options that "they" may want to show up for their staff, etc.
