ChatGPT or similar integration to assist with review writing (and repsonses if that feature is added).

Ideally the full/complete version would take into consideration the context of the business (its description/type) and the star rating.

eg. Just type a few specific words for your review and AI will draft something or you to edit.

1) I think we need full intergration with Google's API, so we can reply to an external review inside of the RMS Dashboard. Is that your understanding as well ?
2) Or do you see AI-assisted reviews for a user using the internal review form as well? E.g. https://app.ratemyservice.io/org300543/submitsurvey/agent348/Satisfied?surveyAnswerId=47

I'd guess yes. Might be able to display reviews within RMS an then button click takes owner directly to the review where they can reply as an interim method.
Yes - AI used to assist in the review form and then user is nudged to leave that review on whatever platform (Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp....whatever the options are).
