Could the API / webhook also be extended to facilitate some of the setups/ settings?

eg rating template choice, emails and external review form (eg Google URL).

Open API to connect to my software so i can attribute the score to the customer profile. Is that possible?

Ideally when someone signs up for this service we would like to automatically create an account via API with follow-up welcome messages, etc. This will greatly simplify account creation for us as we want this to be automated. Thx.
